These guys are 5 stars all the way for truck load receiving. Giving a one star review because you called the wrong number is your problem, not theirs. It's a 24 hour facility but the receiving opens at 8 and it's basically first come first served. And like EVERYBODY else in the Los Angeles area, there's no overnight parking on site. Go park on the street somewhere else that you know about or park a couple hours away and start driving at 4:30am to get here by 6 or 7 to avoid some traffic.
