Extremely helpful!!! Installing a fence this week and they were able to come out the day I called to help locate the septic tank.
Wonderful people, from the initial phone call to the young man and gentleman that came out, helped me to understand how this all works and was patient and respectful!
I contacted this septic company after being assured they could come out, pump the tank, diagnose any issues, and help create a plan to address them. That’s exactly what I needed – someone to follow through and help resolve the problem, not just put a temporary bandage on it. Instead, they showed up, pumped the tank, and left without performing any diagnostic work whatsoever. No inspection, no recommendations, no follow-up plan – nothing. Called for a septic cleaning, but they didn't answer. Left a message, but they never returned the call. Maybe they have tons of business 🤷♂️. We'll try again in 3 years.
