Ein charmantes Hotel mit toller Lage Das Louis Park Hotel (ehemals Jazz Quarters) hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Zimmer waren wunderschön eingerichtet und boten eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Besonders die Lage ist unschlagbar – nur einen Steinwurf vom Trubel entfernt, aber dennoch ruhig genug für eine erholsame Nacht. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt wären die Zimmertüren, die etwas sicherer sein könnten. Absolutely disappointed. Made reservations almost a year ago for Superbowl. Hotel notified me they canceled my reservation and to call booking.com to get a refund for my prepayment. They said they changed owner's. Yet the new owner has same number. Bad business! They sold our room for ten times what I paid. Booking.com tried to help by sending our money back, however, we couldn't find another room and had to cancel the trip and go to Vegas for the Superbowl. Nothing but greed.

We had a great time staying at the Jazz Quarters. Gated space was comforting and a nice outdoor patio area. We stayed in Al Hirt and it was spacious and had a huge kitchen. Trent helped us with local knowledge and arrival and departure info. Plan to go back soon!
