The hotel has a great location with parking available. The pool was nice, and we really appreciated finding water and snacks in the shared kitchen — a lovely touch. The room had a coffee machine, and the bed was comfortable and clean, with fresh towels provided. The only minor downsides were slightly dirty walls and the outdoor sofa in the private backyard had some stains — but the backyard itself, with a small table and sofa, was a nice bonus. It looked very cutesy online, but we had an interesting experience. We had a few questions before our stay so used their chat feature on the website. Never heard back after multiple messages. We then emailed. Never heard back. Finally, I called and asked a question about the staffing. The woman on the phone said Jazz is staffed daily 9-4, however we never once saw a staff person (other than cleaners) there.
