The hotel has a great location with parking available. The pool was nice, and we really appreciated finding water and snacks in the shared kitchen — a lovely touch. The room had a coffee machine, and the bed was comfortable and clean, with fresh towels provided. The only minor downsides were slightly dirty walls and the outdoor sofa in the private backyard had some stains — but the backyard itself, with a small table and sofa, was a nice bonus. It looked very cutesy online, but we had an interesting experience. We had a few questions before our stay so used their chat feature on the website. Never heard back after multiple messages. We then emailed. Never heard back. Finally, I called and asked a question about the staffing. The woman on the phone said Jazz is staffed daily 9-4, however we never once saw a staff person (other than cleaners) there. Beautiful Palm Springs boutique hotel! It is a self check-in with a code, both to main door and to the room. My room was spacious with a kitchen sink, fridge and nice outdoor patio. Duvet, pillow and sheets are white, fresh and crispy. Very pleasant and comfy to sleep in. Bed is too soft for me, but I like to sleep on hard mattresses so for majority it will be a perfect mattress.
