I am very disappointed in this organization. The first experience was pretty good and I got the help I needed. The second experience was pretty aweful by the female social worker Melaney Mashburn. She was very rude, condescending, didn’t give you a chance to talk, judgemental, and was not a pleasant person to deal with.
