I had an extraordinarily good Cuban meal at Jazz Bistro! I had the Lechon Tender Pork and the flavors were amazing. It was way too much to eat but I did anyway. So tender and full of flavor. The owner even made it spicier for me and that made it even better.
The food was amazing, an authentic taste of Cuba! By far the best meal I had while in Fairbanks. The owner is such a nice guy, and the place has a cool bohemian vibe. I would definitely recommend it!
