Jazz Audio is one of the worst businesses I’ve dealt with. The owner did not teach me how to use the remote start correctly so my car stopped in the middle of CR83 going 65 MPH. Then the remote start locked me out of my running car for 4 hours. We had them remove the remote start and when trying to get a full refund the owner told me “go f**k yourself, do whatever the f**k you want” and hung up the phone. Completely disrespectful and doesn’t know how to communicate with customers.
