I paid a $500 deposit for a watch but later decided not to complete the purchase. The store refused to return my deposit even though the watch was never taken. I’m very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend this place due to poor customer service and lack of fairness. I am including the proofs that I sent money to his Zelle account please take a look and don’t said this is fake payment deposited.if you able to honor this deposit , I will come back and buy from you again. Thank you for you responded

I bought a silver Royal Oak, current model. On my first call, the salesman was curt and right to the point. The next call, the salesman was warm and engaging. On my request, he took out four links to make the bracelet fit my wrist perfectly. The communication throughout was professional annd courteous.
