Perhaps the rudest watch dealer I have ever encountered. The prices are competitive and no doubt the seller is generally trustworthy, but I would never deal with them. Guarantee that if a problem comes up, you will be on your own.
This Patek 5164A-001 has been on my wish list since before it was discontinued in 2024. I visited Patek dealers in London, Boston, NYC, & Sint Maarten and got on a list everywhere except NYC where they told me I was never getting any Aquanaut or a Nautilus from an AD in a large market. I have yet to be able to buy any really popular Patek from an AD, only complications I already own and that trade for under MSRP. Had a poor experience with customer service. Seller would not provide photos of the watch I wanted and had no knowledge about his own inventory, but was willing to take a $20k wire from me. He basically laughed at my request for photos of the watch to see condition of it. It was a $20k watch…. I lost trust in this company and would not buy from again.
I would caution you that if you are looking to purchase a BRAND NEW Rolex watch that you search for an authorized dealer. This business will advertise a Pre -Owned watch as being brand new. I have purchased several watches from this business over the years and I will never buy again from Jaztime. I traded in a Rolex Yacht - Master that I owned for about a year. Unreal execution — Daytona + Hermès Kelly, both delivered I’ve purchased from JazTime before, and they’ve delivered every time. This round, I asked for something even harder—an ultra-rare limited edition Rolex Daytona and a Hermès Kelly. The bag isn’t even their business, but they still came through.
