Jazmine is incredible and professional. She is on time, will communicate if there needs to be a delay or slight change to the schedule, is very transparent about additional pricing if I choose to add an extra like color or curled ends, and I never have to wait behind another client or vice versa. And is my premier braiding stylist.

Unprofessional and unreliable scheduling I booked an appointment on August 7 for Thursday, August 14, and received a confirmation email. On August 9 at 9 AM, I received both an email moving my appointment to August 15 and a text requesting a $50 deposit, both sent at the same time.
