Be careful booking here. I had an appointment and cancelled with 12 hours’ notice, which most places consider completely reasonable. I was respectful and didn’t think twice—until I got hit with a $155 invoice at 2:30 AM for a “cancellation fee.” I use Square for my own business, so I know this wasn’t automated. I had a manicure and pedicure yesterday, and I must say that Jazmin is truly an extraordinary person. She has a remarkable ability to understand her clients perfectly. Her taste and personal touch are truly unique. Her salon is absolutely wonderful—super clean, beautifully decorated, and every detail is thoughtfully designed.
