Been working with this company for a decade. I can not express enough my gratitude for all they do and go through. Ron, Lindsay, Mike, Bryon and the Team, I want to thank you for all you do.
Would not use this company again. Work was fine and plumber was nice. However... Appointment was for 8:30 am..he was there at 8am and started the clock from there. He didnt have a tool. Went out shopping for one. Took an hour. Charged me for that hour. Had to pay "truck charge" as well to begin with...even though he didnt have tool. He also kept the tool...didnt give it to me even though he charged me for it. Raised concerns with management....they didnt want to talk to me, they just wanted their money.
