For clearing drainage blockage under kitchen sink in my rental condo unit, I am being charged for $660 plus tax including $150 rental on a K50 machine, 5 hours labour based on 2.5 hrs each for 2 technicians. The job was somehow done through condo management without giving a quote before the repair. Other plumbers I contacted are offering $220, $275 or about $300 on the same job.

Would not use this company again. Work was fine and plumber was nice. However... Appointment was for 8:30 am..he was there at 8am and started the clock from there. He didnt have a tool. Went out shopping for one. Took an hour. Charged me for that hour. Had to pay "truck charge" as well to begin with...even though he didnt have tool. He also kept the tool...didnt give it to me even though he charged me for it. Raised concerns with management....they didnt want to talk to me, they just wanted their money.
