people come and go
Working at Jaytex has shown me how toxic a company can be, The staff turn over is high. They are very competitive on price leaving a lot of pressure to one manager on site. Their ISO and Federal accreditation is not consistent across all sites. Young inexperience people are employed to manage sites and the contractors are relied on for their knowledge. This company has absolutely zero respect for the people they employ. Have never dealt with such an unprofessional company who blatantly, and unapologetically, only care about one thing 💸💸💸
