Fantastic! We saw Dr. Sack for a 2nd opinion. He spent more time with us than all 3 times we had seen the other neurosurgeon group. He is friendly and answered all our questions without talking down to us and educated us on what was wrong, how fix it and what to do going forward. We were finally show images with explanation of what we were looking at. He and his staff asked detailed questions on symptoms and health that the other doctor never bothered to ask.
