Horrible Company and Worse Customer Service Do not go to Jayson Jewelers! The sales rep are condescending and refuse to listen to what the customer actually wants. Horrible customer service! After they did unsatisfactory work to my wedding ring (I was too embarrassed to even wear it), I brought it back for them to correct, which they were reluctant to do. Great Store I just love this store and their staff. They carry a nice selection of jewelry ranging from loose diamonds to pearls and sterling silver. The staff was super helpful and accommodating to my custom design questions and designed a gorgeous ring for me at an affordable price & it was one of a kind! People notice my ring daily and I always say Visit Jayson's! They also opened another store recently so its convenient to stop by either location to have my ring cleaned and checked.
