Staff was rude, gave wild medical advice. Go somewhere else where you will be treated with respect and where the staff are not medically ignorant.
I am amazed that these people are still in business. Will never go back.
He did say he was not familiar with the UM Hospital but it made me uncomfortable that he did not show confidence when talking to me. I also wanted to see him at the UM Hospital, and he was very adamant about seeing me at his other location and did not seem empathetic that I do not have reliable transportation to get to his other location in Brighton.
