This should be 10 stars. I had an issue with staining on my ceiling that I noticed last night. I called 3 places and had the worst customer service from rude receptionist who don't appear to like their job to answering services with no return call. I called Jayson Global and got the nicest lady Sheena who was friendly and very helpful. She booked me for the earliest day she had next week. I am very impressed with Jayson Global. From the estimate to the clean up they are very professional. The estimate included copies of WCB clearance as well as their insurance coverage. The installers were really good to deal with.
After getting 3 quotes from 3 different companies I went with Jayson Global as the price was right and a friend had recommended them. We got a quote from **** who I need to give a shout out to as he was very friendly, always very efficient on returning calls/texts and came out to double check if more shingles hand blown off due to wind storms. They were amazing! Told my kids they will help make the roof super safe for Santa. They were efficient, cleaned up the site well, and were always in contact. So easy to get a hold of when needed.
I was recommended to use Jayson by one of my business partners who knows the principal of Jayson. This was my first roofing project and experience with Jayson Global. I found communication with Jayson very easy and efficient. I spoke to the principal, ********. He explained my options and his recommendations. Insurance recommended them it was a joke right from the start workers showed up a day before the dump trailer and materials did after the roof was done nobody would return phone calls or emails for a month then they sent out a crew (1 man) to do the siding still nobody from ******would answer calls or emails. This company is very poorly managed I would not recommend them for any job
Your crew did a Fantastic job repairing my shop wall. They recognized my urgency and had an estimator there in hours. They started the next morning and worked through the weekend to get my shop back up and running. A GREAT BIG THANK YOU to Gary, Tony and their crews!!!! Awesome job!!!
We have damage from installation of siding on our cabin from the installers at Jayson. Canexel the manufacture has stated touchup paint or caulking have been poorly applied on the boards during installation. After years of trying to work with Jayson and their president Jonathan Bunce the have refused to accept responsibility and resolve the issue. This was clearly an installation issue and unfortunate Jayson does not stand behind their work.
