This should be 10 stars. I had an issue with staining on my ceiling that I noticed last night. I called 3 places and had the worst customer service from rude receptionist who don't appear to like their job to answering services with no return call. I called Jayson Global and got the nicest lady Sheena who was friendly and very helpful. She booked me for the earliest day she had next week. We have damage from installation of siding on our cabin from the installers at Jayson. Canexel the manufacture has stated touchup paint or caulking have been poorly applied on the boards during installation. After years of trying to work with Jayson and their president Jonathan Bunce the have refused to accept responsibility and resolve the issue. This was clearly an installation issue and unfortunate Jayson does not stand behind their work.
