Although my situation did not turn out as I would have liked my experience with Jayson, Farthing & Skafidas was a very positive one. From the beginning they were professional, caring, and understanding. Not living in the Tampa area Mr. Skafidas drove several hours to meet with me to discuss my situation. Every time I would email I got a response within hours. They were upfront and honest. I respect that.
I had an eerily similar experience to Mary below .Have only spoken and texted with a nurse,for several weeks. She had me run around get all of my records, gave no indication if the case stood any chance of being accepted. As time went on she became less and less responsive to my texts . If I had seen these reviews I wouldn't have even started here. I am presently seeking out a firm where the attorneys actually speak to there clients.
