Cardio Kickboxing at Jay's United has been the best thing for me mentally and physically! Each week we are pushed to be better and stronger not only by Coach Jay but all of the participants. Everyone supports each other! We are encouraged to bring our our inner WARRIOR!!! The music is fun and keeps you going for 45 minutes of non stop cardio with some ab work thrown in as well. We have so much fun. I can't say enough AMAZING things about Coach Jay and the Cardio Kickboxing Class!!!
I am very grateful to the entire team; my son loves being here and always speaks very highly of all his coaches. They have so much patience, and I always pick my son up from here very happy. Above all, it allows me to have more time to work, knowing that he is in good hands.
I had the honor of training with the coaches and they are amazing, very hands on and very kind, I made many friends and truly was able to understand the dynamics of karate.
Jays United is not only an amazing place where our kids can learn karate, but Its also place where its not only focused on the sport, but teaching kids important values like respect , honesty , discipline and responsabilty.
