I woke up to a tree having fell in the night and the damage and mess that was left was daunting. I was recommended Jay's Trees by my Spangler Realty who I have learned know the best of the best for any situation. I did get other quotes for the work though. The customer service provided by Jay's Trees beat the rest and he even made a 2nd trip to my home to accommodate my crazy schedule to answer questions. Jay and his team came the SAME DAY I called him. They wasted no time getting to work and worked like one smooth machine, cutting up the 35 ft. fallen tree in less than 2 hours, loading pieces of the tree on one trunk and putting pieces into their chipper. They brought 4 trucks to do the work. They all smiled and actually looked like they were enjoying their work. They were both polite and professional. I could not say enough good things about Jay’s Tree Service. A tree was heavily damaged from a storm over the holiday weekend and I called Jay’s first thing on Monday morning. That was about 8 am. I had a quote by 9:30 am and they were at work in my yard by 1 pm. The urgency was so appreciated!
