Jay promptly came out to assess and give us an estimate for four tall pines to be taken down and mulched next to our property, which were endangering our home, which came to light after a recent ice storm. We live near SML off of Scruggs. Jay was personable and told us it would take a half day of work. We highly recommend Jay's Tree Service. This is our second experience with this company! We had a tree at imminent risk of falling on our home. Jay's responded to our emergency call within hours and were at our home the same day to assess the need. They were here the next day to remove the tree. They are extremely thorough from clear precise descriptions of the work needed to clean up of all debris. The entire team is professional and efficient.
