Got a set of 4 new tires installed, guys looked knowledgeable but regret the deal. Decided to wait for install but tire set took 2 hrs to get delivered and install took more than 2 hrs. Was there about 5 hrs total and work done was bad. They used old rusty clip on weights from other style rims that flew off while driving home. Hit my inner fender and cracked plastic. Been over a year that I ordered custom wheels for my car and not a single update on them, don’t even know if they exist or not since I’ve never received any updates. Also, avoids calls from my number but has answered calls from my wife’s phone number and answered my buddy’s phone while I sat next to him. Proceeded to call him 2-3 times right after that and let my call go to voicemail. Couple thousand down the drain since he hasn’t tried reaching out on getting this settled. Horrible service. Little rude how they attended customers
Horrible place, I went to go get a patch on my tire and they just finessed me $18 and the air on my tire went down even more. Don’t waste your time or money.
Used to be a reliable place. You’re better off at discount tire now honestly.
