They charge Austin prices. $$$$ Slow! Very slow! . #RudeCustomerService. This place and the man behind the counter is not dependable or reliable. First of all the guy is smug and rude. I was referred to Jay's by a friend. I called and explained my AC not cooling issue to Heather. I was very impressed with her knowledge and she set me up to have a diagnosed ASAP. Once in office I was assisted by John and they were able to give me a diagnosed same day. They ordered my part and set a time for me to return for service to be complete. Love this place! Been coming here for 20 years. I don't let anyone else do my oil changes. They never try to feed you a bunch of hogwash about needing repairs or parts that you don't need. The friendliness of the receptionist, Heather, is a testament to their great customer service. Jay is an honest man with an honest reputation! Great folks. Totally recommend them!
