While camping at Harrisville, we had water pump problems. Called Jay's and a technician helped me with some trouble shooting ideas to make sure it was the pump. Went to their store and the service was excellent! Bought a new pump, problem solved. They are friendly and helpful.
Very friendly staff however the pricing of items is more than double what you can purchase online. Definitely makes me feel taken advantage of, it’s understandable when your running a business but when Amazon and a simple google shows the part to be less than half what I paid it makes me feel they took my moment of need as a situation to overcharge me.
I've been using Jay's RV to service my grand design reflection for 4 years. The handle my winterization, as well as repacking my bearings every year. We travel a lot of miles in the summer and I do not want to be stranded and so far I have not been. To do some roof repair and to put a new slide out motor and tracks in on my way bunk house. They were able to upgrade my equipment and give me instructions on how to properly use that style slide out, which I never received from my previous dealer. They are very helpful and friendly. Do a awesome job on repairs and reasonable! Highly recommend them!
