Very helpful and caring. Had a power surge on my trailer and they fixed is as quick as they could.
I was just in there looking for parts and they stopped what they were doing to help me not only that but they had exactly what I was looking for
Drove 3 hrs to bring our rv there to get a price on replacing our roof. We had to leave it there so owner could price it for us.....waited 3 weeks almost 4 and everytime we called Chris from service told us he was still waiting on boss for price. We finally got tired of that and picked it up went directly to another place and got the price that day and left it there!! Other place did a great job!! If Jay's RV didn't want the job they should of told us from the beginning!
