Called Tuesday morning and it is now late Wednesday afternoon and still no call back. If they can't do the job call and tell me no. Hard for this crippled old man to get down the stairs Friday afternoon I finally got a call. I told the job was done and hung up on em. 3 n 1/2 days before they call me back. I would think Jays Plumbing in Gridley wouldn't get that much business that they could turn down a job that would probably pay them at least $300 minimum. Jay returned my call promptly and was at my door faster than a pizza would have made it. He has done work for us before and always friendly and professional and I value his honesty!
Jason was amazing. I called and he was able to get me scheduled the same day. He was very knowledgeable and customer service was just over the top. He was able to fix the ac problem very quickly! My business is now back cool for this Missouri heat. Thank you again Jason you have a client for life! I will recommend everyone I know to your company!
