Great fast helpful service
I have been using Jay’s Pharmacy since they opened and have consistently received outstanding customer service from the owner and staff, until today. Over the past couple of months, I stopped receiving calls when my prescription was ready, so I called on 2/26 to verify. I was informed that the price had increased by $40, which I understand can happen, but I did have a few questions. So glad when looking for a ‘mom and pop’ small pharmacy I found Jay’s. I used the same pharmacy for almost 20 years, HEB, but unfortunately they started having stock issues on a couple most important medications. Used either Walgreens or CVS then for 6-8 months but then they too started being iffy on stock. One would have and not the other typically so then my dr would have to cancel the first script and resend to the other.
