I called him he gave me a quote then told me he would call me between 12pm and 1pm he never called so I decided to try and call him back he ignored my phone calls i really needed my car fixed for work and he told me he would have it done for me I just don't understand what's wrong with people these days they lie and have no integrity Thank God for Sams breaks and muffler on Mill rd and beecher for getting to it and fixing it best place I've ever been and really great price this Jay guy does not know how to do business smh

Jay is a lifesaver. We bought a used truck and were driving through Birch Run still 2 hours from home when the alternator went out late at night on a Sunday. I was in need of an honest mechanic because my check engine light came on and being a female I was worried about being taken advantage of. I was so happy that I found Jay's on The spot repair. Jay had the proper equipment to not only check my engine light, he also repaired my vehicle Android saved me a lot of money. I will be only using Jay as my mechanic for future repairs and will be letting all my friends and family know.

I called him to do a tune up on my van, came out looked at it told me what i needed paid him in full up front for parts and labor he had to come back the next day that was fine then got everything back together and did not sound right to him so he said i will be back in morning to figure out why it was backfiring when it was not doing it before he started, but now i hear nothing no call no show no text but i am sitting hear with no van and now i have to pay someone else to fix his mess.
