I had an issue with my vehicle while traveling out of state. I called Jay’s mobile mechanic service but he was unable to get to me right away. He took the time to find another mobile mechanic to refer me to and the mechanic came out to help me. This is the kind of customer service we need to have! If not for Jay’s help, I might’ve been stranded for a few days waiting for an appointment with another mechanic shop. If I’m in this area and have trouble again, I’m calling Jay’s mobile mechanic! There’s not many guys left out there like Jay. Transparent, punctual, and honest. I was in a jam. A pretty bad one. Jay did the repairs in the parking lot and I didn’t have to pay for a tow. It was fixed 6 hours from when I called him. Customer for life!

Jay really helped us out when my truck had a bad battery. He came over even it was Sunday and started the truck. We really appreciate his help and would recommend his services.
