Jay came back, corrected the installation, and properly secured the starter on my Ford F-250. I genuinely appreciate that he followed through and took the time to make things right. While I was initially disappointed with the workmanship and communication, I recognize and appreciate Jay’s effort to resolve the situation. I hired Jay Mobile Mechanic to replace the starter on my 2015 Ford F-250 6.2L. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward repair turned into a frustrating experience that raised serious safety concerns. During the installation, Jay repeatedly suggested that the problems were caused by the truck’s existing wiring, the poor design of the exhaust system, or improper work performed by a previous mechanic. Needed my front and rear brakes (pads, rotors and fluid) replaced quickly and conveniently. Jay met me at a location of my choosing. He was prompt, clean, extremely attentive and knowledgable, and a great human being. Jay took care of me adeptly and efficiently. "Mechanic" has nonchalant careless attitude, does not call back when he tells you he will. Makes excuses out of his personal life for his lack of care. Did not show the respect for my time when I waited 2 days for his call for nothing. Would not recommend.
