We have used Jacob in the past and had a good experience so we decided to hire him again. We reached out in March to have him trim our front and back yard landscaping and finish putting rock down in the backyard. He gave us a quote of $1400 and asked for 50% up front to pay for materials and equipment. He ended up calling and saying that he had to spend our 50% deposit (that was supposed to be used for materials and equipment) on his girlfriend’s car repair and now couldn’t afford the materials. Jacob doesn't only do lawn work, he also helps with handyman work. He took down my satellite dishes and hung a few items up for me. This spring he'll be removing my fence. He's easy to work with and reliable. Will continue to use.
