I'm writing because I've had far too many disappointing experiences with takeout from Jay's, and after tonight, I don't think I can justify ordering from you again. Tonight, we placed a takeout order, and one of our meals was completely missing from the bag. We also ordered a side of fries that had so much salt on them they were inedible. In addition, we ordered two kids' meals, and the tortillas were burned, so neither child would eat them. I went to this place a couple of years ago and was not impressed. However my recent visit was superb! I had shrimp, fish and vegetables tacos and my son had the enormous burrito. We also had an large order of quesadillas. (Sorry no pictures.)
Super cool local spot with a great outdoor bar. Latin food with vegetarian options and good prices including daily drink and food specials. Extensive dog friendly outdoor area, great shade if it's hot and partly covered if it's wet.
