I had a wonderful experience at Jay’s Jewelers! Even though the facility is a bit older, it is incredibly clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. I came in to get some links adjusted on my watch, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. They introduced themselves by name right away and took care of my watch without trying to pressure me into buying anything else. It is rare to find that kind of genuine, honest customer service these days. I will definitely be back for any future jewelry or watch needs!
I stopped into Jay’s with a pretty large request. I asked them to set a sapphire into my original engagement ring, resize that set of 3 rings, rhodium plate the prongs of my current gold engagement ring, and add diamond to the hidden halo. I was expecting a much higher cost, but it was more than reasonable and they were super easy to work with! I ended up adding a gold chain for a pendant as well since I was well within my budget. Wow!!! Greg did an amazing job with my wedding rings. Repaired clean and check them all over. I never thought they would look brand new. He is so friendly and saved me so much money. Will go back for all of my jewelry needs. Thank you.
I brought my grandfathers watch in for repair didn't quite know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised! They really treated me like family. They were so friendly and the work was excellent. Greg the owner and I believe Frank (the gentleman who repaired the watch) went above and beyond. They have earned a customer for life! I highly recommend them for any jewelry or repair needs without hesitation! Thank you both so much!
