Very friendly and prompt service. Got my watch sized and was done in less than 20min.
Greg and I worked together on designing a ruby ring (which is my birthstone) for my girlfriend. He stayed within the budget and did a wonderful job! Highly recommend.
I went to Jay's to get a chain fixed where the clasp had broken. I called beforehand to make sure they could do the repair and was blown away upon my arrival. The repair was completed on site. I spoke with Greg while I waited, who was very kind and professional. My chain was fixed quickly, I think I may have been in the store for only 10 minutes. Not only was it fixed, but they cleaned it as well. The pricing was extremely reasonable and I will absolutely be back!
