They were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They took the time to help me find a different chain, and the price was very reasonable. Great customer service and a smooth experience. I’ll definitely be back!
Brought my wedding rings in to be resized. Pricing was fair and the customer service was phenomenal. They made an effort to get to know me as more than just a customer and when my daughter came with me to pick them up, they made her feel just as special. My rings came out gorgeously and I'm so glad I finally get to wear them again!
Popped in today on my lunch hour and got my watch in my bracelet fixed, before I could look at a couple of beautiful pieces that he had in the store they were already done what a great little place. Can't wait to take my girls back their shop and and definitely going to send hubby his way also. Love that we can still keep it local these days And I 1
A few months ago I brought in a very sentimental, broken watch. They took exceptionally good care of it and made it work again! My son can now wear his grandfather's watch and remember him every day it's on his wrist. 🥲
