I have used Jay's Heating and Cooling in Raleigh now for around four years, long enough to find out that they provide consistently good service. They are pleasant and helpful on the phone. The techs are thorough, friendly, and always willing to explain any issues. They were there in a very timely manner when I had a system failure some time ago.
