From initial consultation to removal of the old unit, to installation of the new unit, Jay's team was top notch. They were straight forward with no unnecessary frills. The install team was punctual, friendly and very professional. At completion they cleaned up and ensured everything was orderly and in place. I highly recommend Jay's team!

Gary was AMAZING!! Kind, courteous, efficient and his attention to detail of my dog fencing needs & locking the crawl space door were greatly appreciated! He walked me through everything he had done and suggested some improvements should I notice changes in a specific area. Will definitely use Jay's Heating & Cooling again!!
