I called on Monday morning for service for a regulator that was leaking gas. Dave came out within an hour! He had to check the system, go to Apex to get the part and returned within a very short time. I’m in a condo so the water heater is in a tight space. He worked very hard to get to the regulator but got it done! He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the service and the timely response they provided. Thank you! I will recommend Dave and Jay’s Heating and Cooling to all of my friends.
Jays is the best, quick communication, arrived on time, diagnosed and fixed issue within 30 minutes, every experience has been handled professionally and quickly which we really appreciate during NC summers.
