When our furnace broke we went to Facebook looking for a second opinion and the Crete page raved about Joel's wonderful and honest service. I called him for second option and I'm so glad he did! He not only cam out quickly l, he should us exactly want was wrong, shopped around for us for a few great options and had back in business less than a week later. He was incredibly friendly, efficient, and patient, walking us through everything step by step over the phone.
