I called and the owner was very disrespectful, i said id like to make a appointment, first words was “ have you ever been here before “ i said no im on vacation and he said no, go somewhere else and hanged up. Very rude my ig page is @bspriors and im a traveler.
I have been going to get my haircut at Jay's since I moved to Federal Hill 25 years ago. Great neighborhood barber.
Inexplicably rude on the phone and hung up on us.
Jay is an excellent barber and a really great man. You'll enjoy your time there. Wish I found him sooner than I did!
