Really disappointed. The haircut was nothing like what I asked for. I showed them a photo and explained the style I wanted, but what I got was completely different. It felt like they didn’t even try to match it. Also, be careful — they’ll say whatever they need to just to get you in the chair, even if it’s not true. Wouldn’t recommend.

I do not recommend this place, or at least not the mid-age (probably in her 40s-50s) hairstylist woman, speaks toisanese and some English. I showed her multiple similar hair style pictures that I want (choppy, layered) and what she gave me was completely not what I asked for. She got the length right I have to give her that.
