I went in a few years ago. I have never been back and tell others to not go. After 20 minutes of them ignoring Me. Not even a hi be with you shortly. I asked if they had any AMT .45's. One cussed and the other laughed at me and was a jerk also. Like I was beneath them. A buddy of mine had one (AMT) and wanted to get one. Terrible service, terrible prices, terrible experience. After purchasing a weapon from them that was "new" it became apparent it has been fired A LOT with NO attempt at cleaning or lubricating the firearm as the bolt and chamber where coated with a thick layer of carbon and dirt. Don't trust these guys, most of the employees are respectful and treat you like a human but what I believe to be the owner talks to you like you should thank him for even letting you in the store. Went in Jays the other day with my brother. Even I know more than these guys do. He was looking for a HK94 rifle. Sales clerk kept on saying HK doesn't make a 9mm rifle.

Went to Jays Guns II in Pensacola today looking for a 1911. I found the staff to be very helpful and answered all questions I had concerning different models, They helped educate me on different models and manufacturers, I picked the gun I wanted and was giving a discount on the price listed. Very pleased with the staff. They made my purchase easier than I expected.
