Spent $25 on 3 Ice creams and 4 bottles of water at Tracy Sports complex. The waters were warm so I went back to ask for ice and the refused to give me ice and said they charged $2. That’s bad business.
The best. Family owned, food from the heart.
I am all about supporting local business, but the prices and the quality are not equal. Dry shredded chicken slapped with some bbq sauce.
I supported this business on 10/7 in Tracy, Ca and I was quite disappointed. I ordered a $25 COMBO plate. But they ran out of food, so instead of ribs I received 2 little dry rib tips, instead of hot links I received a not hot at all sausage and 2 little pieces of chicken. A plate of leftover scraps, store bought potato salad & penne pasta w/ cheese sauce is not worth $25!! They should have discounted the price if they couldn't fulfill my order as it was listed on the menu. Giving 2 stars because customer service was decent ... read more
