I had an amazing experience working with Jay on a custom frame for an anniversary gift. From the very beginning, he took the time to understand my vision and helped bring it to life with care and creativity. The final product was absolutely beautiful—better than I imagined. Jay was also incredibly courteous and responsive throughout the entire process, always quick to answer any questions I had. I couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend his work to anyone looking for something truly special.
This place is an absolute gem, Jay does amazing work and is much more reasonably priced than any other framer I've ever seen. Keep up that great work Jay, I hope to buy more art that needs your services!
I cannot overstate how highly I recommend this place to friends and family. They opened up several years ago near my office right when my wife and I started taking home decor seriously, and we still make the drive despite our “office” essentially being home now. The prices are comparable to the big chain places, but the staff here are as creative as they are courteous. 10/10.
An absolutely incredible and personal experience with a true industry expert. My husband and I went in to get a new piece of art framed and Jay exceeded our expectations. He was kind, personable, treated our art delicately and with respect, and provided the best service we’ve ever received. I can’t wait to add a photo of the finished product. WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING JAY’S FRAMES: I literally just had to call the police to get my things back from Jay’s Frames!!! 6/15/24 UPDATE: In anticipation that the owner would make false statements of what happened at his business as he has done here, when it became clear I was dealing with an unwell individual, I recorded the entire incident I had at Jay’s Frames.
