I called to schedule getting my truck leveled and they moved their schedule around to get me in the next day. I told them I need it by a certain time cause I had an obligation that evening and they were done long before I needed to pick it up. Great customer service and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate you. They will be getting all my future business and recommendations when asked about suspension work or truck accessories. Great place of business ran the right way.
Jays did an awesome job on my Bronco with a full coilover swap. Very reasonable price and the service was outstanding. Couldn’t be happier
After an exhausting search and inquiry for someone to add a leveling kit to my 2025 Laramie, I finally settled on Jay’s due to his professionalism in the detailed instructions of the process and assurance of a quality install. The experience was seamless and they delivered the truck at exactly the precise time they stated. Looking at additional mods and will definitely go no where else. Give em a chance and they won’t disappoint!

Had the guys at Jays Fine Line Rigs install a lift on my 2023' Bronco and wow they did a great job and they are very knowledgeable in their trade. I have used other 4x4 shops in the Tyler area and I'd say this is the place to go to have your ride upgraded. Updated 2-20-2025 Again can’t say anything but great respect for Jason, Haley and their great team, they installed a upgrade spare tire carrier on my Bronco and love it, so if you have any modifications to your vehicle check them out you will not be disappointed.
