Returned my call a week later
After getting a recommendation for Jay, I was hoping for a better outcome. We had some minor work done and I was quoted a much lower rate than what was emailed to me . I realize things happen and a quote is just an estimate, but this was almost twice as much. I asked for an itemized list and after asking 3 additional times, I received the itemized bill.
