My experience was great! Jay is very clear with what your are buying, and has a lot of knowledge on his products. He's got a nice sense of humor too. :)
Jay was wicked kind and helped us find a great mattress in our price range. Will definitely be back!
Needed to get a new mattress for my teen. Jay showed us a bunch. My son liked a high end mattress and instead of encouraging that purchase, Jay said if you like this one but find it pricey, check this one. My son loved the second mattress too and it was considerably less expensive. I also want to point out Jay stated open a little later to accommodate my schedule because I got delayed. Great customer service - the kind you just do not get at the big box stores. Happy I went with a local owner!
