It’s a family run buisness and the owner is a super good guy. I recently moved to El Paso and bought a home with a rather large pool , Î have never had a pool before. Jerry is happy to share his knowledge with you and will come to your home to fix what ever you CANT He replaced the grids in my D E filter and fixed my spider valve and told me all about how the systym works I highly recommend using Jays blue water pool shop
They are the most genuine business owners I've ever met. Never trying to just get your money or make a sale. They don't just always offer helpful advice on how to maintain our pool and how to fix it when we've missed something and it's not working properly, but they also offer a free "pool school" where they teach you how to maintain your pool. They are genuinely invested in helping you keep a healthy pool I never feel that from any other pool supply stores. We won't go anywhere else
The owners are amazing. They are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They want you to know your pool and understand how to take care of it. Prices are equal to any other store and you can support a local family/business. We no longer go anywhere else!
Owner is nice, location is very convenient, and their prices are reasonable. Jay always takes the time to answer my questions - of which I have a lot as a new pool owner! Grateful for a local store to support while he saves me from ruining my brand new pool!
