Best hot towel shave in town, and the price is right.
So tired of poor customer service! Made an online appointment, utilizing their service, and the day of the appointment, I arrive 10 minutes early. After waiting for 20 minutes, I'm told that I'll have to wait longer while he seats someone else. I informed the stylist that I made an online appointment and am then told that he'll get to me, after he helps the guy that came in after me. I, go out of my way to frequent local businesses, but will never go back here. Just my bad experience.
