Line-ups? Not just a weak point—an absolute disaster. It was immediately obvious the skill level wasn’t there, and instead of owning that, they went ahead and butchered the cut without a second thought. The lack of transparency is unacceptable—if you can’t execute a service, say that before touching someone’s head. Now we’re left with a crooked mess and the only fix is time, waiting for the hair to grow back so someone competent can undo the damage. If you’re looking for sharp, clean lines—look elsewhere. Upon walking in there were 4 barbers there and only 2 cutting hair. After me walking almost to the middle of the room, one of them finally spoke. After my son sat down me and my other 2 kids went to sit and noticed that the floor was covered with hair from the door all the way to the back of the shop. I have never been to a shop where they do not sweep up after each client. It was so disgusting the mix of hair all over the place. The place was messy and I couldnt wait to get out of there.
