Jay is the best mechanic I've ever had. He can figure out what needs to be done and do it promptly. Even with a complicated Engine Light problem, I was driving again on the day. And he does what he can to keep the cost down.
I recently had to have a series of repairs done on my 20 year old SUV and had them all done at Jay's. The pricing was incredibly reasonable, I really felt like they worked with me, and they were very kind and personable. I didn't end up needing it, but they also work with a finance institution so you can get your repairs financed if you're in a bind. I have been a customer for years. Jay is the greatest mechanic in chico he is honest,fair,curtious,and explains what will be done and the only mechanic I trust to work on my car. He is GREAT
