I have been a customer for years. Jay is the greatest mechanic in chico he is honest,fair,curtious,and explains what will be done and the only mechanic I trust to work on my car. He is GREAT

After towing my car from Oroville to Chico BMW and it costing more then what I could afford and still didn't get the problem fixed I decided to take it to Jays shop recommendation from a former employee of his. I told him what I went through and what brought me to him and he was very understanding and not only did he work with me on my budget after being ripped off by BMW he fixed my car so I could finally get it smogged and back on the road.
