very rude over the phone. I called for a brake issue and he was very snappy after asking a simple question about diagnosing my car. Spit out a price very rudely. i dont recommend working with someone who has a nasty spirit.

Jay came through for me big time. He pulled up at 8 o’clock at night and got to work replacing both my rotors and brake pads. There were a few hiccups in the beginning, but he didn’t quit or cut corners—he stuck with it and made sure the job got done right. Solid work ethic, knows his stuff, and overall I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Highly recommend him if you need someone dependable and professional.

I scheduled a service appointment with Jay’s Automotive Mobile Repair for my Mercedes ML350. The mechanic never showed up to the agreed time, and I had to be the one calling to ask what was going on. He confirmed a new appointment — and then completely ghosted me. No call. No text. No update. And ignored my follow-up attempts entirely. If you value your time, money, or sanity, look elsewhere. Totally unprofessional. Would not trust this shop for any serious work.
