Jay came through for me big time. He pulled up at 8 o’clock at night and got to work replacing both my rotors and brake pads. There were a few hiccups in the beginning, but he didn’t quit or cut corners—he stuck with it and made sure the job got done right. Solid work ethic, knows his stuff, and overall I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Highly recommend him if you need someone dependable and professional.

I scheduled a service appointment with Jay’s Automotive Mobile Repair for my Mercedes ML350. The mechanic never showed up to the agreed time, and I had to be the one calling to ask what was going on. He confirmed a new appointment — and then completely ghosted me. No call. No text. No update. And ignored my follow-up attempts entirely. If you value your time, money, or sanity, look elsewhere. Totally unprofessional. Would not trust this shop for any serious work.

I had out of nowhere , my Lexus 350 s “s radiator crack, leaving coolant spewing into the engine and causing the most smoke I’ve ever seen . Me not knowing anything about cars , was obviously very upset . This being my 1 car (working an hour 1 way away) I called jay in lew of having to pay for a tow into old bridge where I usually take my car .
