I felt in good hands with this shop. Everyone was so kind, communicative and helpful! Although the parts needed to repair my car were on back order and I ended up going to the dealership to store my car instead, Jay's team did everything in their power to find the parts needed to fix my car and gave me great advice about how to get out of a bad logistical situation. All around they were a great help during a roadtrip gone wrong!
Update, well I'm gonna have to say I notice a huge difference. I'm not upset now. The car needs both CV replaced and I'd prefer the one that clicks but man the difference I feel makes it worth it c they did an amazing job despite my previous comment. The people are really nice here. The prices are not too bad. A little upset with diagnosis and repair. Took a car in for a CV axel repair. They asked the symptoms. At first was upset because my car wasn't diagnosed right. But they reached out to me and made things right and I'm so happy that things are running so much better now thank you all so much for your service and helping me in the time of need
Paid $560 for a oil gasket to be replaced and my car is still leaking oil. Smoke still coming up out of my hood due to oil during.
