Nobody answers the phone or returns calls. Called twice, left message once, then ultimately chose the competition.
I reached out to Jay to get an estimate for replacement of the windshield on my 2006 Lexus ES330. He promptly responded with an extremely fair estimate, and was able to come out to my place of business and perform the work within 2 days. Jay showed up on time, ready to go, and worked diligently. Jay is a great guy who does great work! I set up an appointment with him for a new windshield on my '22 Tacoma after Safelite quoted me almost $1000. Jay quoted a lot less. He messaged me on the morning of my appointment to let me know when he would be arriving, and he was done in less than an hour. I've used Safelite in the past and I can tell you the quality of Jay's work is far superior. I've drove in heavy rain a few times since he replaced the windshield and have had no leaks. I gave Jay a call and he called me back within an hour, gave me an excellent price and was able to come to my location within 24 hours. He called 10min ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly. He did a beautiful job and quickly! We were super happy with the quality of work and quality of customer service. We would highly recommend him!
I had a cracked windshield and I called a lot of places before I came across Jay's and I'm glad I did. He was much less expensive then all of the others, was able to schedule me in right away and comes to you!
