I went to this auto shop for a winter tire change and was advised I was due for an oil change and went with with the synthetic oil. I noticed some oil stains on my driveway under my vehicle shortly after. Due to their availability I took my car to Canadian tire. The oil filter hadn’t been screwed on fully so oil had been slowly leaking for the past month and was already down half. Excellent Service
The miserable tall old guy on the phone has ZERO customer service skill. Called and asked about the ballpark of a price and he wouldn't tell me unless he charged me for bringing it in and looked at the car himself. EVERY OTHER AUTO SHOP could tell me the price of a replacement over the phone for a suspension spring except this dude. Dont bother with this place unless they learn how to talk to customers
We've been bringing our family vehicles to Jay's for a couple of years. They provide great service, well explained, with cost provided up front. Much thanks to Dave who explained all the recent repairs in depth.
