Jay's auto in Winslow Maine, charged me $1,300 for repairs needed to inspect my new to me truck. After 4 weeks in possession of my truck, no work was completed. Jason Reny, owner and mechanic at Jay's Auto, was unable to communicate a time frame or deadline for work completed. He stopped responding to my request to complete work promised, and refused to refund payment. I would not recommend doing business with Jay's Auto. Jason is a great mechanic, but a poor businessman and lacks the ethics to follow through on work promise... read more
