Our dishwasher wasn't drying the dishes so we called Jay's Appliance. It was a challenge to find well reviewed repair people because the demand seems high. Took two calls before Jay returned my call but that was better than any of the others I tried who simply did return my calls at all. He came masked, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part (circuit board), and installed it the following week after it had arrived. He is polite, knowledgeable, and reliable. I'd call him again for our next appliance repair need.
